Employment
| The successful candidate will serve as the interface between Imanami PK and its USA software development team. The candidate will provide training and engineering guidance on the development methodologies and practices used by the US team. The candidate will also be responsible for the creating and reviewing functional specifications as well as providing accurate time estimates on software development tasks assigned to Pakistan.

| At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead, project management, and architect role.
Must be able to travel to USA twice per year for up to 4 weeks at a time.
|
• 5 years experience in a Software Architect, Product Development Management or Software Design Management role.
• 5 years hands-on experience in a senior developer role developing applications in .NET environment
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange (2003 / 2007), and LDAP
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer interaction skills
• Exposure to XML and XSLT is highly desirable
* BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. |
• Microsoft Certified Professional certifications in C# and .NET framework
• Advanced knowledge in relational databases for SQL Server, SUN One and Oracle
• Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies, e.g., AGILE/SCRUM, Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) |
