Key Benefits

Reliable
Commandeer Profiles
OProfile 3.1 can take existing profiles and make them it's own, saving an existing user the headache of a new profile while still providing a profile to new users with no existing profiles.
Org to Org Migration
OProfile can even take an existing profile and modify it to connect to a new home server should you be performing an "Exchange organization to Exchange organization" migration.
Dynamic OST/PST/PAB creation
You decide whether or not they are included with each profile or disable them.
Great for Terminal Server or kiosk machines
Kiosk machines, terminal servers, Winframe servers, and all thin client machines can have hundreds of users. OProfile can configure Outlook for each user on the fly and even delete their profile when they leave the machine, if desired.
Enhanced Logging
OProfile creates a detailed log file which makes troubleshooting configuration issues a snap.
Disable OST support
Now Administrators can stop off-line stores from being created by users. Just go to the OProfile.ini file to disable this feature.
Secure
Prompt for NT login support
Your Exchange alias doesn't match your NT username? No problem, OProfile can prompt the user to enter their username. It can also set Outlook to use the currently logged on user's credentials to open the user's mailbox or prompt the user for a username, domain, password to authenticate them against the Exchange server.
Support for Outlook Today URL
You can set the path to run Outlook Today, you can even have OProfile set it as the startup folder.
Command-line support for template profile
You can choose to install OProfile on each machine or simply run it from a network share via a login script. You can specify which prf file to use on the command line so you can use different configurations for different users.
Startup folder selection
You select the folder first displayed when Outlook runs, set it to Outlook Today, the calendar view or even the Inbox.
Support for sample item suppression
Outlook creates sample items and a welcome message the first time Outlook is launched. You can disable this somewhat annoying behavior of Outlook.
Username detection
OProfile detects who logs on where and retrieves the appropriate profile for that user.
Easy to Use
Web-based Deployment Method
Now you can deploy OProfile from a web page and either install it locally or just run OProfile to create a profile. Either way, the web page guides your users through a simple, one-click install process. This is great news for ISP's and ASP's as it provides a simple deployment method for distributed networks.
Variable support
Use variables to set the path to the user's profile. (i.e. %PROFILE%\ Personal\ Exchange\ %USERNAME%.pst)
Journal disable support
Remove the Journal button from the Outlook bar.
Disable Office Assistant support
Send Clippy to the unemployment office. Use OProfile to disable the annoying Microsoft Office Assistant.
Easy to deploy as part of Outlook installation
You can include OProfile in your Outlook installation script and deploy them together. You can also use Group Policy or login scripts to deploy OProfile.
'Import Registry File' Settings
Simply specify the path to the registry file and OProfile will import it silently, allowing you to set Internet Explorer settings, Office settings, or any registry change.
Easy configuration using the OProfile Administrator Wizard
Now support for Microsoft Office XP. With Imanami OProfile, your migration process becomes even easier than imaginable.
