When I installed the SmartR report packs, and I reviewed the pull-down menu of report options, I don't see all the report options for Exchange 5.5, Exchange 200 and Active Directory/. Why don't I see all the reports listed?

SmartR lists only displays the reports that pertain to the directory that you are connecting to, such as, Exchange 5.5 or Exchange 2000/Active Directory. SmartR does not display reports that don't pertain to the specific directory.

Our organization has over 50 Exchange servers that we need to keep track of mailboxes and
other Exchange related objects. Does SmartR do this or do you provide a tool that will help
us manage our distribution list or even automate the management process?

SmartR does not manage distribution list but SmartDL is
a distribution list management tool that will automate the management of your Exchange
or Active Directory objects. SmartDL includes SmartR as a reporting tool , which helps you
monitor your Exchange environment so it is always up-to-date. |

Yes, SmartR will allow you to generate a phonebook style report that will include
employee and contact information as long as the information is populated in the Exchange Directory.
Another tool we provide is called, "WebDir", which will allow users and external contacts to keep their
own information up-to-date and includes a web-based phonebook that is easily accessible to all users. |
