| The Pilot Program is designed to help
prospective customers evaluate the Imanami solution. During this intensive
30-day period, our team provides the assistance and guidance necessary
to ensure successful product evaluation. The customer will have a
complete understanding of how the Imanami solution can help them achieve
their specific organizational goals, and will be able to make a fully
informed purchase decision. |
| Once your decision has been made to deploy Imanami
solutions within your organization, Imanami can help to ensure a smooth
implementation process with consulting services. Imanami can provide
customized assistance to help maximize the application's capabilities
to support the particular needs of your technical infrastructure and
business processes. |
| The flexibility of Imanami's products
also means that a certain amount of customization is possible and
perhaps desirable. Customers may contract Professional Services to
have a specific feature or enhancement added to the application. |
| Extended (After Hours)
Support |
| Special circumstances may require support during hours
that are outside of Imanami's regular business hours. Extended after
hours support is offered for customers wanting a 24 x 7 support for
a short period of time; i.e. weekend assistance while the Customer
rolls their Imanami solution from test to production. |
| Imanami's Training Program is on-site
at the customer's location and isdesigned to take place after the
successful installation of the Imanami application. Those responsible
for administering the application within your organization will learn
the mechanics of configuring and administering the product and the
concepts necessary for efficiently implementing and managing the solutions. |
