Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible participants need to fill out the entry form and include contact information to be verified.
2. Employees of Imanami their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

$50 Visa Gift Card for doing a GroupID product Demo

1. Each person who registers to receive a demo by the GroupID/Imanami team and then receives a demo, will be awarded a $50 Visa Gift Card
2. $50 gift cards are not given out automatically. Demo registrants to be cleared first by a GroupID representative and then schedule for a demo. Shortly after the demo, a virtual Visa gift card will be sent to the demo attendee.

The Card

1. One (1) recipient will be selected as described in the How to Enter section above.
2. Each recipient will be notified. Before claiming the card, the awardee must provide his/her at the time of notification. Imanami reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the card based on the identification presented.
3. If a winner is not present, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of Imanami. Imanami has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
5. Each participant is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. Each winner must complete and sign a Form W-9.
6. Only one card will be awarded per entry.
7. Imanami is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
8. In claiming your gift card, you acknowledge that Imanami has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
