Business Problem: On average, a user needs to be provisioned in up to 16 different directories. But, on average, when leaving a company, that user is only deprovisioned from 10 directories.
Imanami’s solutions solve all of these problems. A user is initially entered into an HR system (or other authoritative source), Imanami GroupID Syncrhonize creates an Active Directory user account and Exchange email address in Active Directory (AD), and then synchronizes that user’s data back to HR and any other necessary directories and databases.
GroupID Automate will automatically and dynamically provision the user to the correct Exchange Distribution Lists and Active Directory Security Groups, ensuring that the employee is productive immediately with access to information and systems. GroupID Self-Service can automatically prompt the user to furnish any information that needs updating by the employee (cell phone, home address).
The opposite process takes place when a user needs to be deprovisioned. An employee receives a termination date in HR, GroupID Synchronize disables or deletes the account in AD, all systems that synchronize with AD get the account deleted, and the user is removed from all distribution lists and security groups.
GroupID Synchronize is easy to use and deploy. Our goal is to deliver this powerful functionality without the complexities of a metadirectory. We provide a quick definable ROI and get your employees productive immediately.

Ensure that individuals have access to the right information as soon as they need it.
