Robert has over 20 years of increasing responsibilities in the software industry as an executive and software architect. In 1997, Robert created The Haaverson Corporation, a professional services corporation specializing in Exchange migrations and Microsoft Technologies. He drove the successful implementation of technical solutions for companies such as Chevron Oil, Bank of America, Access Communications, UCSF Medical School, Eloquent, Conoco Computer Sciences Corporation and Microsoft Consulting Services. Robert founded Imanami in 2001 as an Independent Software Company specializing in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange technologies. He is the primary architect of the core applications that are the basis of Imanami’s move into the access management market.

Shah has five years of increasing responsibilities in the software industry as an executive manager. Prior to Imanami, Shah managed Cranium International (Private) Ltd., a Pakistani based company that specialized in creating, maintaining and customizing ERP solutions. He drove the successful implementation of technical solutions for companies such as Honda Motors, Toyota and Fidelity Investment Bank. Shah assisted in setting up and managing Imanami PK (Pvt.) Ltd. with Robert Haaverson in 2007 as a branch of Imanami Corporation U.S.A. specializing in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange technologies
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Richard is responsible for Imanami’s sales growth and new customer acquisition. He oversees all aspects of sales, partnerships and marketing strategies. Prior to joining Imanami he led teams at Decisive Technology (acquired by Google), Interwise (acquired by AT&T), Delrina (acquired by Symantec) and Lotus (acquired by IBM). Richard has held sales and marketing leadership roles at both start ups and established companies for over 25 years.
Director, Client Services
Robin has over 15 years of technical and customer service experience in the software industry. She started work at Imanami in 2001 as a Technical Support lead and was promoted to Director of Client Services. She is a valuable member of the Imanami team. Prior to Imanami, Robin Soto worked as a Technical lead on the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) team for a Microsoft contracted company that was housed in San Ramon in 1996 (KAO Infosystems). Her additional expertise includes, Case Management Supervisor for the CalWORKs program of San Joaquin County (Curtis & Associates), Purchasing Assistant for a Hat Distribution Company (Dorfman Pacific) located in Stockton, and Customer Service Representative for a successful wallpaper distribution company (Kinney Wallpaper) located in Stockton.
